PBW Activities – 2018 – 2019

The academic year 2018 started with the annual Fun Run and the celebration of the Feast of St. Paul.

Fun Run 2018
29-July-2018

The Fun Run 2018 was a 5 KM event, held on 29th July 2018, at 7AM,  to commemorate 162 Years of St. Paul’s High School. The event was open to all and not restricted just to Paulites.

Independence Day Celebration
15-August-2018

The 8th Annual Blood Donation Camp was held on 15th August, 9 AM onwards. This year, a Free Health Check-up Camp was also organized by KLE for our teachers. A total of 130+ Units of Blood were collected and 60 Teachers availed of the special health check-up.

As a tradition of the Independence Day Celebrations by the PBW, the Team distributed Laddus to the school children.

Seminar for the School Boys
24-August-2018

Team PBW had earlier committed to organizing special seminars during the course of the year, as extra-curricular activities for the school boys. This  would be part of a greater goal of the PBW’s commitment to school and its overall development.

The first seminar was conducted for the kindergarten boys, on 24th August 2018, at St. Paul’s, between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM, by Dr. Rohit Joshi.

Dr. Joshi who is an Alumnus of the 1995 batch conducted an in-depth session for the parents & the children regarding “Health & Hygiene – Grooming our children to be healthy”.

Jesuit Alumni Association of India (JAAI) West Zone Council Meeting
28-October-2018

The “Jesuit Alumni Association of India (JAAI)” – West Zone Council Meeting was organized at St. Paul’s High School, for the first time in Belgaum,  on 28th October 2018.

All the delegates from Mumbai, Pune and Goa were very happy and overwhelmed by the hospitality and arrangements made for them. It was a fruitful meeting and an excitement for Team PBW to have hosted it.

PAD Paulites Annual Dinner 2018
15-December-2018

The Paulites Annual Dinner, scheduled for the 3rd week of December, was cancelled because of poor response from batches / representatives.
